Modern room design with a convenient jacuzzi.
The noise levels from outside were unbearable, and the rude staff made it even worse. I was appalled that they closed the rooftop without informing us, preventing us from enjoying the jacuzzi. Plus, the lack of flexibility at the bar for requests was downright ridiculous.

Rooftop Views Worth the Stay
The rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the city, especially during sunset. The jacuzzi absolutely added a relaxing touch to our evenings.
However, the noise from the busy street was quite disruptive at night. We also had a rather impersonal interaction with the front desk staff.

A Luxurious Stay with Unforgettable Views
Our stay in the Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath exceeded expectations. The jacuzzi was a perfect retreat. Breakfast offered a mix of options, and room service was prompt. For amazing views, don’t miss the rooftop for evening relaxation, but be mindful of the jacuzzi area being a bit crowded.

Couple looking for a modern stay
The rooftop jacuzzies were a highlight, providing a fine view of the mountains while relaxing under the stars. I loved the convenience of having a large shopping mall just a short walk away, perfect for grabbing cold drinks and food after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly, but the experience was still worth it.

Totally recommend for a break on long journey
Modern hotel, modern amenities, the room was equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, making my stay extremely comfortable after a day of exploring, while the rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to unwind.
Everything went smoothly.

The place was super clean, and the hot water in the shower was perfect after a long day. I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and enjoying the sun terrace where I could unwind. Just a heads-up, the parking situation could be a bit tricky, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at Cavalta. The location was ideal, being within walking distance to the convention center and numerous bars and restaurants. The king bed in my Deluxe Suite Spa Bath was exceptionally comfortable, and the jacuzzi for two was a highlight, adding luxury to my downtime. The staff's support in arranging Rappi deliveries directly to my room was incredibly convenient.
The bar/restaurant closed early, limiting evening options.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The Standard Double Room provided good comfort, but I noticed the noise from outside was quite disruptive. The breakfast setup could use bowls for cereals instead of coffee cups. it’d make dining more convenient. Those little touches would enhance the overall experience significantly.

The room was pretty comfy overall, but I had a rough start. Initially, I found dirt on the bed and hair under the covers. They switched my room, which was nice of them, but it was still noisy at night. Overall, once settled, the bed was decent enough for a good night's sleep after exploring the city. The bathroom needed some work though—with a leaky shower and no face towels. Could definitely improve, but it wasn't a total disaster.
